To: Better Business Bureau Dear Bureau Staff, As the owner of an 1836 cobblestone house in Orleans county, we looked for some time to find a quality painting company to paint the trim and frame addition to our house. We hired Stafford Painters from Stafford, ny but had to wait more than a year until they could start. This letter is to tell you that it was well worth the wait. Murray Call (owner) worked diligently to understand and please us. The painting team leaders, Jeremy and Sam, were totally sympathetic and compliant to our needs. They were polite, cautious, neat and cooperative and reported to the job every day, all day. Needless to say the final result is beautiful. We are seldom able to so highly praise a contractor but we feel Stafford Painters are worthy of such praise.
